Acceptable Use Policy

VPN Club is built for ordinary private browsing. Many customers share the same servers and IP addresses, so one account misusing them can cause trouble for everyone else. These rules keep the service working for all.

Last updated 2026-11-02

1. General rule

Only use VPN Club for lawful purposes, and never to harm other people, networks or services.

The rules cover both the VPN and any proxies bought from VPN Club.

2. Prohibited use

Do not use VPN Club to:

  • commit or assist illegal activity
  • send spam, bulk messages or unsolicited ads
  • attack, scan or break into other systems, including denial-of-service attacks
  • distribute malware or host phishing pages
  • share or download copyright-infringing material
  • harass, threaten or defraud anyone
  • resell or share your account without our permission

3. Laws where you are

Some countries limit or ban VPNs. It is your responsibility to follow the law where you are and where you connect to. VPN Club does not provide legal advice.

4. Enforcement

We keep no activity logs, so we act on credible reports and on abuse visible at the network level, such as a burst of outgoing spam or attack traffic.

The account involved may be limited, suspended or closed. Plan time and balance on a closed account are not refunded.

5. Reporting misuse

If you think someone is misusing VPN Club, tell us from the Support tab in the dashboard. Include dates and IP addresses if you have them.

6. Revisions

This policy may be revised when needed. The date at the top marks the current version.
