Quick answers to the questions we get most. If you are logged in, you can also write to us from the Support tab.

First steps
What does VPN Club do?
VPN Club is a paid VPN. The app builds an encrypted tunnel from your device to one of our servers in 44 countries (62 cities), and your traffic reaches the internet from that server. Your network provider can tell you are using VPN Club, but not what you do. WireGuard, OpenVPN and IKEv2, the kill switch and split tunneling come with every plan, and there is no data cap. Proxies are sold as a separate product from the same balance.
Open this answerHow do I create an account?
Choose an ID and a password on the sign-up page. The ID starts with a lowercase letter and can use lowercase letters, numbers and underscores, 4 to 20 characters in total. The password needs at least 8 characters. Once you submit the form, the account exists and you can open the dashboard.
Open this answerWhat personal details do you ask for?
None beyond your ID and password. We do not ask for an email address, a name or a phone number. Top-ups are paid in crypto, so you never type in card details either.
Open this answerDoes VPN Club send emails?
No. We never collect an email address, so there is nowhere to send one. Notices about your plan, balance and support replies appear in the dashboard.
Open this answerIs there a limit on how many accounts I can make?
One IP address can register up to 3 accounts. The limit is there to stop automated sign-ups. If a household or office on one connection needs more, write to us from the Support tab.
Open this answerI have an account. What comes next?
Top up your balance with crypto, then buy a VPN plan with it. As soon as the plan is active, the Downloads tab in the dashboard opens. Install the app and sign in with the same ID and password you use on the website.
Open this answerAm I allowed to use a VPN?
In most countries, yes. A few countries restrict or ban VPNs, so check local rules before connecting from there. A VPN does not make an illegal act legal, and our Acceptable Use Policy does not allow it.

How do Basic, Plus and Pro differ?
The servers and protocols are identical on all of them. Basic connects up to 6 devices. Plus raises that to 10 and adds ad and tracker blocking, malicious site blocking and Double VPN (your traffic passes through two servers). Pro connects 12 devices and includes everything in Plus, one dedicated IP and priority support. The dedicated IP can be in Korea, Japan, Singapore, Australia, the US, Canada, the UK, Germany, France or the Netherlands.
Open this answerWhat plan lengths can I buy?
1, 3, 6, 12 or 24 months. The full period is paid in one go from your balance, and the monthly cost drops as the period gets longer. The biggest saving is Basic for 24 months, at 80% off.
Open this answerDoes the plan renew by itself?
No. Nothing is ever taken from your balance without you buying it. When the period runs out, the VPN stops until you buy a new plan.
Open this answerHow do I top up my balance?
Pick an amount in the Top up tab and pay on the PayGate checkout page with USDT, USDC, BTC, ETH, BNB, SOL or LTC. Each top-up can be from $5 to $5,000. Balance is held in US dollars and never expires.
Open this answerDo you take cards or PayPal?
No, crypto is the only way to pay right now. If you have no coins, buy USDT or another supported coin on an exchange and send it from there.
Open this answerWhat if I buy again before my plan ends?
The new period is attached to the end of the one you have, so you keep every remaining day. Say 10 days are left and you buy 1 month: you get those 10 days and then the month.
Open this answerWhat is the refund rule?
The first VPN plan on an account can be refunded within 7 days of purchase. The full price goes back to your VPN Club balance. Each account can use this once. Later purchases and requests after 7 days are not refunded, and balance cannot be paid out in coins.
Open this answerHow do I move from Basic to Plus or Pro?
Buy the new plan in the VPN plans tab. If your current plan still has time, the new one starts right after it ends, so the days you paid for are not wasted. To change immediately instead, send a request from the Support tab and we will check what we can do.
Open this answerWhen does a top-up reach my balance?
Normally within a few minutes of the network confirming the transaction, though a busy network can slow this down. Send exactly the coin and network shown in the payment window, or the payment may not match your account.

Where are the download links?
Downloads are only for accounts with a paid plan. The Downloads tab in the dashboard opens the moment you buy one. If you just paid and it still looks locked, reload the dashboard. An installer that is still being prepared is marked as such. Send us a message from the Support tab and we will send you the link.
Open this answerWhat can I install VPN Club on?
Windows 10 and 11, macOS 12 or newer, iOS 15 or newer, Android 8 or newer, Android TV, and Linux (Ubuntu, Debian, Fedora). For routers we provide WireGuard configuration files.
Open this answerHow many devices can be connected together?
Up to 6 on Basic, 10 on Plus and 12 on Pro, counted at the same moment. Installing the app on more devices is fine. Only active connections count toward the limit.
Open this answerWhat happens when I hit the device limit?
An extra device cannot connect until another one disconnects. Switch the VPN off on a device you are not using, or move to a plan that allows more devices.
Open this answerDoes VPN Club work on a router?
Yes, on routers that support WireGuard. Download a WireGuard configuration file from the dashboard and import it into the router. All devices behind that router then use the VPN, and the router takes up one device slot.
Open this answerWhich protocol is right for me?
Start with WireGuard. It is the default and usually the quickest. If a hotel or office network blocks the connection, OpenVPN TCP tends to get through. On a phone that keeps moving between Wi-Fi and mobile data, IKEv2 holds the connection well.

Is VPN Club a no-logs VPN?
Yes. We do not record the sites you visit, what your traffic contains, your DNS queries, your original IP address or when you connect. The servers are configured so this information is never written to disk.
Open this answerWhich data does VPN Club keep?
Your ID, a hash of your password, your payment records and the dates of your plan. If you buy proxies, we also keep the proxy username, proxy password and any allowed IPs you add. There is no email address, name or phone number on file.
Open this answerHow is the device limit enforced without logs?
While a device is online, the server keeps a temporary marker that says one of your device slots is taken. The marker holds no IP address and no activity, and it is removed as soon as the device disconnects.
Open this answerWhat is the kill switch for?
If the VPN drops, the kill switch cuts internet access until the tunnel is back. That way your real IP does not slip out during the gap. Turn it on in the app settings. We recommend leaving it on.
Open this answerCan my DNS requests leak?
Not while you are connected. The app sends every DNS request through the encrypted tunnel to VPN Club's own DNS servers, and your provider's DNS is not used. Your provider therefore cannot see which site names you look up.
Open this answerWhich encryption is used?
OpenVPN and IKEv2 connections use AES-256-GCM, and WireGuard uses ChaCha20. Both are current, well-reviewed standards.

The VPN won't connect. What can I try?
Check in the dashboard that your plan has not ended. Then pick a different server, or change the protocol from WireGuard to OpenVPN TCP, which gets past most restrictive networks. Still stuck? Restart the app, then the device.
Open this answerWhy is my connection slow?
Distance adds delay, so try a server in a nearby country. WireGuard is usually quicker than OpenVPN. On Plus or Pro, switch Double VPN off when you do not need it, since going through two servers takes longer.
Open this answerA site refuses to load while I'm connected.
Some websites limit visits from VPN servers. Try another server in the same country, or exclude your browser with split tunneling and open the site there. On Pro, you can also use your dedicated IP, which no one else shares.
Open this answerI can't remember my password.
VPN Club accounts have no email attached, so there is no reset link and we have no way to verify you are the owner. That is why we ask you to save the password in a password manager when you sign up. If it is lost, the only option is a new account.
Open this answerI paid in crypto but my balance is still the same.
A top-up is credited after the network confirms it, and some coins take longer than others. If an hour has passed and nothing arrived, send the transaction ID (TXID) from the Support tab and we will look it up.
Open this answerThe app says my device limit is reached.
Another device on your account is still connected. Disconnect the VPN on a device you are not using, then try again. If a device lost power or signal, its slot may take a few minutes to be released.
Open this answerHow can I reach support?
Sign in to the dashboard and open the Support tab. Our reply shows up on the same screen. Mention your device, app version and what you were doing when the problem started. Pro customers are answered first.
Open this answerDoes a VPN slow down my internet?
A little, which is normal: your data is encrypted and makes a stop at the server first. A nearby server keeps the drop small. WireGuard is usually the quickest protocol, and split tunneling lets apps that do not need the VPN bypass it.
Open this answerProxy plans
Do VPN plans come with proxies?
No, they are two separate products. A VPN plan has no proxies in it, and a proxy order does not give you VPN access. You buy both with the same account and balance.
Open this answerHow do I order a proxy?
Add at least $5 of balance with crypto, go to the Proxy plans tab, choose the type and quantity, and pay from your balance. You can pick residential, unlimited residential, static ISP or datacenter proxies.
Open this answerWhat does the Activating status mean?
We are setting up your proxy. When the order changes to Active, the connection details are waiting in the Proxy plans tab. If an order cannot be activated, the whole amount returns to your balance.
Open this answerWhat are the connection settings?
Host gate.vpnclub.shop, port 6100 for HTTP and HTTPS, port 6200 for SOCKS5. Log in with the username and password shown in the Proxy plans tab, or allow up to 10 IPv4 addresses and connect from them with no password.
Open this answerAre proxies renewed automatically?
No. Unlimited residential, static ISP and datacenter proxies stop at the end of their period, and you can buy more time from your balance. Residential traffic bought by the gigabyte has no expiry.
Open this answerCan I take my balance out?
No. Balance stays in your VPN Club account and cannot be sent to a wallet. You can spend it on proxy orders or VPN plans.
Open this answerStill stuck?
Log in and go to the Support tab in your dashboard. You can ask before buying a plan, and our reply appears on the same screen.
12 months from $58.99, all you need is an ID
