Requirements · A PC running Windows 10 or Windows 11.
Install and connect
- 1Top up your balance and buy a VPN plan.
- 2Go to the Downloads tab in your dashboard and save the Windows installer.
- 3Start the installer. Windows will ask whether VPN Club may add a network adapter. Say yes.
- 4Launch the app and sign in with the same ID and password you use on vpnclub.shop.
- 5Pick a country, or open it to choose a specific city.
- 6Press Connect. You are protected once the status changes to Connected.
Inside the app
Locations are grouped by region, and a search field at the top finds a country by name. The Settings page is where you choose the protocol (WireGuard, OpenVPN over UDP or TCP, IKEv2) and where the kill switch and split tunneling toggles live.
Plus and Pro accounts get extra toggles for ad and tracker blocking, malicious site blocking and Double VPN. If you are on Pro, your dedicated IP is pinned above the regular server list.
A good starting setup
WireGuard is the right default for most people. Hotel and office networks sometimes block it, and in that case OpenVPN TCP is worth a try because its traffic resembles ordinary HTTPS.
Switch the kill switch on before joining Wi-Fi in a cafe or airport. Programs that need your real address, like a local bank's security tool, a printer on your home network or a game launcher that rejects VPN IPs, can go into split tunneling.
If something goes wrong
Connected but nothing loads? Another VPN client or a third-party firewall is usually competing for the network adapter. Close the other VPN and try a different protocol. Reinstalling is the last step, not the first.
A device limit warning means other devices on your account are already using every slot. Disconnect one you do not need, or give it a minute after closing the app on another machine so the old session clears.
