Why shared IPs get extra checks
Sharing an IP is good for privacy, because your activity blends in with everyone else on that server. The catch is that some sites notice many logins from one address and answer with captchas or blocks.
A dedicated IP is tied to your account only. Sites see one steady address with ordinary activity, and that usually means fewer verification steps.
Good uses for a fixed address
Company networks, servers and admin panels often accept only approved IP addresses. Add your dedicated IP to that allowlist once, and you can get in from anywhere.
It also helps with services that lock an account or ask questions when the login IP keeps changing, such as online banking or work tools.
Available countries
Pro includes one dedicated IP, placed in one of the ten countries below.
Choose the country where the service expects you to be. For a company system, that is usually where the office or the server is.
- South Korea
- Japan
- Singapore
- Australia
- United States
- Canada
- United Kingdom
- Germany
- France
- Netherlands
Getting your IP
You pick the country at checkout, when you buy Pro in the VPN plans tab of the dashboard. Once it is ready, the dedicated IP shows up in the app's server list.
Connect to that entry when you need the fixed address. The rest of the time you can use any shared server, the same as on other plans.
- In the dashboard, open VPN plans and choose Pro
- Select the dedicated IP country and pay from your balance
- In the app, open the server list > Dedicated IP and connect
